Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Creamaholic Studio (“we,” “our,” or “the Studio”) handles limited information when operating its custom bot applications and related integrations.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Creamaholic Studio bot applications, including Studio Feed and CStudioApp, and to this informational website. These tools are designed primarily for the Studio’s own Discord server and publishing workflow.

2. Information we process

Depending on the enabled integration, an application may process:

• Discord server, channel, application, and authorized administrator identifiers needed to configure a destination channel.
• Public social-profile and public-post information, including account name, public post identifiers, captions, media, thumbnails, publication times, and public URLs.
• For authorized Instagram and Threads connections, basic profile information and public media made available through approved basic-access permissions.
• For an authorized TikTok connection, basic profile information made available through user.info.basic and public video information made available through video.list.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain an authorized connection. These credentials are handled by the privately operated bot and are not displayed publicly.
• Basic operational logs used to diagnose errors and maintain reliability.

We do not request social-account passwords, private messages, contacts, or payment information through these bot applications.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to verify an authorized account connection, detect newly published public content, post the public content link to the configured Discord channel, prevent duplicate announcements, refresh authorization when permitted, and maintain security and reliability.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the services necessary to provide the requested integration, such as Discord, Meta platforms, TikTok, YouTube, and the infrastructure used to operate the applications. Each third-party service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Storage and security

Configuration details and authorization credentials may be stored for as long as the integration remains connected. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while needed for the connected feature, legal obligations, security, or troubleshooting. Disconnecting an integration stops future API access after revocation takes effect. To request deletion of stored connection information, follow our data-deletion instructions.

7. Your choices

You may revoke an authorized integration through the relevant third-party account settings, remove the bot from the Discord server, or contact us to request disconnection or deletion.

8. Children

These applications are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in their location.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
