Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Creamaholic Studio’s custom bot applications and related website. By authorizing or using an application, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose and eligibility

The applications are private or limited-access utilities created to support Creamaholic Studio’s Discord community and publishing workflow. You must be authorized by the Studio and permitted to use any Discord server or social account you connect.

2. Permitted use

You may use an application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law and the terms of Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and any other connected service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass platform restrictions, disrupt operation, extract credentials, impersonate another person, or use an application for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

3. Account authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect an account. Third-party authorization may be revoked at any time through the applicable service. Revocation or expiration may disable related features.

4. Third-party services

The applications rely on services operated by third parties. Their availability, content, interfaces, and rules may change without notice. Creamaholic Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Discord, YouTube, or their respective owners.

5. Availability and changes

Applications are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, platform-policy changes, or any other reasonable operational need. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

6. Content and intellectual property

Users retain ownership of their content. Public post information is displayed or linked only to provide the configured feed-announcement function. Creamaholic Studio branding, original site content, application design, and original creative works remain the property of their respective owner.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the applications are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Creamaholic Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-related losses arising from use or inability to use an application.

8. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms are violated, a connected platform requires it, or continued operation creates a security or legal risk. You may stop using an application by revoking authorization or requesting disconnection.

9. Privacy

Our handling of limited information is described in the Privacy Policy.
